Derek Hale, in the parts department, is the best! He cheerfully helped me find the part I needed, which took some effort since it was an obscure part and I did not know enough about the brand to help him. I've always had great customer service at Aquatech and will be back!
Ryan came and opened our pool on 5/14/26 and did a fantastic job. This was our first time meeting him. He was recommended by my friend who also can’t say enough good things about him. He explained everything to us in detail. His knowledge of our pool and spa was so insightful. He taught us so many things as new pool owners. We also recommended a few upgrades that would help us to be able to manage the chemicals by ourselves for our gunite pool. I highly recommended him. Super friendly and knowledgeable.
On May 9th 2026, Chad opened our pool for the summer. We had an issue with the pool pump, and Chad fixed it in a timely manner. Chad is very professional courteous and does his job well he is an asset to your company. Thank you, Chad for the great Work. On May 10 2023, Ryan did service on my pool. He above and beyond to provide a great service. Ryan is so friendly and professional. Ryan is an asset to Aquatech. Thanks Ryan you are great. Also on May 10 2023, the twins guys cover service techs came out and fixed my pool cover. The two are great, friendly and professional. They did a great job. Thanks guys. On may 1 2023, pool techs Jame and Nick conducted a summarization on my pool. The did a great job and went the extra mile. James and Nick know their job well and we very nice and professional. Thanks guys. On 09-28-20, 09-28-20, Russ came out to close my pool with another tech and the were great. Very professional and they know their jobs. I would recommend Aquatech to any one. Also a few weeks ago I had an issue with my pool pump and Curtis helped me over the phone. Curtis is great, professional and knows so much about pool and the equipment. He is always willing to help with any issue. Aquatech is lucky to have Curtis and Russ as employees. Thanks guys for your great work. Once again Aquatech was great to work with in helping with an issue with our pool cover. On June 8th 2018 we talked with Kaitlyn she made certain she understood our issue and got the service guys out right away to take care of our concern. Kaitlyn is just as good to work with as she was during the construction. On June 12th 2018, Zac arrived early and took a look at our concern and immediately adjusted the closure and identified a possible fix for our second concern. Zac and Rayven come out today with the part, installed some trim on our pool cover. They were prompt and professional in resolving our issue. Both were great to work with. Thanks Aquatech for building our pool and taking care of our services needs. Just wanted to say love our pool that Aqatech build for us. Derrick and Jim were great to work with, very professional and went out of his way for us. Curtis and Matt did our start up and they are great, very professional and they really know their stuff. Curtis has gone out of his way to answer all my question in a timely manner and did a great job closing our pool at the end of the season. Jim, Derrick, Curtis and Matt are an asset to you company. I wanted to thank them for their hard work on this project. May of 2018 pool opening: I just wanted to say we still love our pool. The opening went really good, Curtis, Ryan, Crystal and Brooklyn were all great and really know their stuff. Also Brad and Jim are great to work with. Twelve years ago you built our swimming pool in Orem in our back yard. It fits beautifully into the landscape and has a wall on the eastside with a waterfall and lion heads. It has been a wonderful gathering point for family and friends. We have enjoyed the pool immensely and appreciate your help in its construction. We also had a Marquis spa installed at the same time on our deck. It has also been enjoyable.
Over the years we have always had Aquatech open and close the pool and have purchased all of our pool supplies from you. We have appreciated your response to our needs and your service department has been outstanding. They have always tried to squeeze us in when even though we live in Utah Valley.
Two years ago our equipment (especially our chlorinator) was giving us some problem and your company recommended that we replace the heater, the chlorinator, and the old sand filter. It seemed like a very expensive upgrade but we followed your advice and had the whole job done. It was the right thing to do. The heater is more efficient, the filtering system has done a great job, and the new saline chlorinator has eliminated the hassle of buying chlorine and have pieces of them get clogged and tubing.
Recently when we had trouble with our heater, you were very willing to listen to my concerns directly rather than have someone else handle it. That meant a lot to me and I really appreciate your efforts to meet your customer’s needs.
